One of the most trusted resources for your needs in Resurrection Bay, Bear Glacier, Aialik & Northwestern Fjord, Adventure Sixty North caters to small group and family adventures at reasonable and competitive cost. They continue to specialize in providing fun, educational, and eco friendly sea kayaking trips in beautiful Resurrection Bay, Bear Glacier, Day Harbor, and in Kenai Fjords National Park to all levels of sea kayakers! Trips vary from just a few hours in Resurrection Bay to full day and multi day adventures in remote wilderness and pristine glacier areas.
Adventure Sixty North encourages guided adventures for those of you that are not familiar with wilderness, glacier, and iceberg safety practices. We have a cache of kayaks in Bear Glacier! You don't have to pay for kayak transport, just your rental and water taxi ride.
Typical guided kayaking tours include Caines Head / Ft. McGilvray, a 6-8hr paddle to Caines Head State Park where you can have lunch and hike, or the Full Day Thumb Cove Paddle, an all-day trip to Thumb Cove to check out the 3 alpine glaciers, eagles, otters, and various sealife including sea lions, harbor seals, porpoises, and puffins.

All guided tours go out in double kayaks which are more stable than singles, and on tours all additional kayaking gear is provided.
No experience is necessary for some of our trips, while on others some previous paddling experience is a good idea.
