Here the land is raw and untamed, pure and powerful. No wonder the Aleuts call Alaska "the great land. Colossal mountains, sparkling glaciers, expansive tundra, abundant wildlife and wildflower-filled meadows all challenge your sense of scale. Bring your family and experience it all firsthand. Marvel at immense snow-clad mountains, pedal along wooded roads that weave through the seemingly endless landscape and view marine life on Resurrection Bay. By bike, on foot, by water and over land, Alaska with Backroads is an unforgettable family destination.
