This old wooden building is the absolute oldest wooden building on the West Coast, but it's still standing strong. Besides keeping itself most skillfully erect, it hosts exhibits on Russian colonists and its past within the American colony-then-state, as well as on the Alutiiq, who have been here far longer than the rest.
